Delta Hiring Process

The hiring process, from the job applicant perspective, includes several steps. From the time you apply for a job until the time you accept a job offer, you will go through a series of steps as you progress through the hiring process from completing a job application to coming on board as a new employee.

The steps in the hiring process, includes interview & selection, background-verification, offer & joining, induction & training, skill enhancement,work on project, appraisal & increment, career opportunity.

Interview & Selection

Candidate can apply job with VanraSoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. by online, through walk-in or job consultants. He/She have to clear the HR & Technical round of interview with VanraSoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd., and then only company will send the Offer letter through email.

Background Verification

Selected candidate should have to upload their documents on VanraSoft community portal as part of New Joinee. After that company will go for Background Verification of documents, If suppose BGV fails in that case company will cancel Offer of that selected candidate.

Offer & Joining

Candidate has to pay their DELTA Hiring fees with VanraSoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. by cash, cheque or NEFT then after candidate will get their Appointment letter and move towards the dual side agreement between candidate and company.

Induction & Training

Company conduct corporate induction with behavioural and ethical training first and candidate has to clear that certification with 80% of marks. Associate will get 3 chances to clear that certification.

Skills Enhancement

Associate should go through with 3 month technical training and has to clear the machine test with at least 50% marks. If associates fail to clear the test, then he/she will get another chance to clear the test with 60% marks or else will repeat the 1 month training again.

Work on Project

Associate get project based on their discussion with respective manager and start working on same until they don’t get transferred/placed/selected for other projects or opportunities.

Appraisal & Increment

Based on associate performance, He/She will be eligible for yearly appraisal and guaranteed increment.

Career Opportunity

Company will start sharing associate profile with their client companies for better opportunities in same stream. Once associate get selected for the same, he/she has to join and work for those clients based on client or our payroll.
